All items will be shipped using the most economically friendly way. Which means your order may be shipped with UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on who offers the best price for the fastest travel time. This is due to The Toasty Wick having a flat fee for shipping, instead of shipping by weight. Candles are heavy!

We will do our best to pack your order as securely as possible, but accidents do happen. The Toasty Wick pays to ensure all packages from damage through the shipping carrier. If any item in your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately at TheToastyWick@gmail.com. Please send a photo of all damaged items and any damage to the outside of the packaging (crushed or damaged box). We will file a damage claim with the carrier and send you a replacement of your product.
